Following a surprise performance at Glastonbury this weekend, Lewis Capaldi has announced he will be touring the UK and Ireland this September.

Capaldi had taken a two-year break from the limelight to focus on his mental health after struggling to cope with performance anxiety and his Tourette’s syndrome. But, after his emotional Glastonbury set, Capaldi is ready for a comeback.

“About time I got back to work…” he quipped in his Instagram post, announcing the tour. If the warm reception he received at Glastonbury is anything to go by, there is no doubt that fans will be eager to catch his return to the stage.

The tour is set to begin on September 7th at Sheffield’s Utilita Arena and will run through to September 29th, ending at Dublin’s 3Arena.

Presale goes live on July 8th (Tuesday), while general sale opens on July 10th (Thursday). Sign up for presale access here. Full tour dates below.
