The Backseat Lovers announce first UK & Ireland tour in three years
The Utah four-piece will return to the UK and Ireland this June.
Three years on from the release of their last album Waiting To Spill, The Backseat Lovers have announced their long-awaited return to the UK & Ireland.
Renowned for their intensely energetic live shows, the Utah four-piece will play across the pond for the first time in three years with a run of six new tour dates, opening at London’s Electric Ballroom on 25th June.
Since their formation in 2018, the band – consisting of schoolmates Joshua Harmon (vocals/guitars), Jonas Swanson (guitar), KJ Ward (bass) and Juice Welch (drums) – have amassed over 800 million combined global streams with the likes of their acclaimed 2019 debut When We Were Friends, which also features their Top 20 Alternative hit Kilby Girl.
Armed with their broad range of influences including Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Weezer and Radiohead, The Backseat Lovers’ epic soundscapes and alt-rock anthems will be brought to an array of intimate venues and grand ballrooms across Dublin, Nottingham, Glasgow and Manchester this June.
